“The location of the hotel is perfect. Accessable, off-street underground parking, beautiful views, on the river. The staff and owners are fantastic! Helpful, available, friendly, wonderful people. Really a joy to interact with them. The food was delicious! Great variety, great choices, attractively prepared, fresh. Did I say delicious? The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortably sized. Very beautiful rooms. My only complaint is the walls are paper-thin and you hear everything in the hallway and next door. I understand this is normal in older buildings so it's not truly a detraction, just an observation. The spa is nice, there is a variety of saunas, a nice "relax room", a small pool. We enjoyed it. The scrub and massage were nice as well, the maseuse was sweet, just as all the staff were.”

“Higly Reccomend. I stayed in primiero for a few days, and this hotel couldn't have been better. Its a small town so getting to buses wasnt hard. They have a hearty breakfast, with eggs and fresh local bread. The staff is super kind, especially Antonella and Paolo, who are so patient and nice. Also we found out they host rock concerts at the bar, it was fun and the original drinks also helped. I'll definitely be back in the autumn for some hikes!”

“We had a wonderful 2day stay. Staff was extraordinary friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean… wellness & sauna was hot and nice… Massage wasn’t available at our preferred day, but manager arranged for a massage at a different location, very kind!”
